A substantial update was done on repository of the scripts. The modernise spelling scripts get their own repo. The main reason is that these scripts are for the Dutch language only and it may also be useful to run them on a completely different system. So from the original repsitory the directory moderniseer was moved to a separate repository

updates on documentation

On the new repository the Readme.md was significantly updated to explain in more detail how to use the scripts. As this is for the Dutch language the text is done in Dutch.
